Nick & Mary’s Temecula Doffo Winery Wedding Photos

Bride and groom modern portrait Temecula wedding photography at Doffo Winery

Temecula is one of my favorite places for weddings, and I was excited to get to know a new Temecula wedding venue: Doffo Winery. Mary, the bride, has been coordinating weddings for some of the best hotels in San Diego for a long time, so I knew it would be a great Doffo Winery wedding.

Doffo is a family-owned by a family that moved to the USA from Argentina. They have two big passions: wine and motorcycles. So, they found their home in Temecula, where they can grow grapes, produce wine, and display their incredible motorcycle collection to their guests. It's the perfect combination.

The city of Temecula is the heart of the San Diego wine country. It's home to many fabulous wineries that produce and sell different types of wine. Over time, some of those wineries became Temecula wedding venues, hosting some of the best San Diego weddings. Doffo Winery also decided to host weddings and events after being open for some time.

Winery weddings have some unique characteristics, so they're not for everyone. I enjoy winery weddings because there's usually lots of space to explore and locations to find. Doffo Winery weddings are no different. They offer several places to photograph within the property, and the bride and groom get a lot of variety.

Nick and Mary arrived early at the Doffo winery to get ready for the wedding. They only have a few friends with them and their closest family. It was quiet in Nick's room, but Mary was blasting some Metallica with her friends. There was no first look planned. Mary and Nick went straight to the Doffo Winery wedding ceremony site.

It was a nice and short wedding ceremony, and family and friends watched as Mary and Nick became husband and wife. Right after the wedding, we took some family photos at the Doffo Winery ceremony site, and when the lighting was just right. We went for a stroll around the Doffo Winery. Mary and Nick have great energy, and things could not have gone better. They reserved over an hour of the wedding time for portraits during sunset, and that makes a difference when looking for beautiful photos. Please click here for some of my wedding photography tips.

After exploring Doffo Winery and creating some portraits, it was time to return the couple for their reception's grand entrance.

This Doffo Winery wedding reception happened at the beautiful and unique Moto Barrel Room. It's a barn-like room with incredible motorcycles blending with wine barrels on the walls. It's the perfect place for a wedding reception or any other event.

After dinner, the party moved inside to the Doffo Winery barrel room. They had the first dance as a married couple, and the parents danced before the DJ opened the dance floor for the guests. Mary plays in a rock band, so music is a large part of the couple's life.

Before the night ended, the couple cut the cake, and Mary tossed her bouquet to her friends. The DJ had one last song, and they were off to the after-party.

I feel like it was a perfect first Doffo Winery wedding, and I can't wait to shoot more weddings at this Temecula Venue.
