Greystone Mansion and Gardens is a gorgeous property in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. Beverly Hills is a unique place that I have always enjoyed visiting, and Greystone Mansion and Gardens is one of the most beautiful places I've had the privilege to photograph.

I arrived early to scout the location since it was my first time there. I went for a solo walk to get to know the place and choose the main areas I wanted to photograph. There were many good locations to choose from, and I wanted to make sure we stopped at as many as possible.

Michale and Jennifer arrived, and we got things going quickly. We started at the bottom of the property, where the mansion is, and slowly made our way up to the top part of the garden.

I had a great time photographing the couple in their pre-wedding session. I hope to return to Greystone Mansion and Gardens many times for more sessions or weddings.

Greystone Mansion and Gardens is one of the most stunning venues I have ever photographed. Built in 1928, it's an estate in the heart of Beverly Hills that combines elegance and natural beauty. Greystone Mansion and Gardens is considered one of the most picturesque and iconic estates in Los Angeles. It's a popular spot for weddings, engagement sessions, and even Hollywood productions.

Greystone Mansion and Gardens is open to the public except when a special event is happening. However, a permit from the city of Beverly Hills is required for any type of photography or videography. For those considering using Greystone Mansion and Gardens as a location for an engagement session, Contact Beverly Hills city officials to apply for a license. There is also a fee to use the grounds for photography or videography.

Greystone Mansion and Gardens was surprisingly empty. The session happened on a Monday in May, so I imagine Greystone Mansion and Gardens gets more crowded during peak tourist season and weekends. However, not many people were around during our session, which made things easier. I recommend starting the session as late as possible if sunset time allows. That should also help avoid too many people.

The vast area of Greystone Mansion and Gardens could be intimidating at first. Many areas are accessible, and a few hidden gems could be overlooked. I highly recommend doing a detailed scout of the location before the shoot so you can be sure to find the best spots. The area below the mansion was one of my favorite places to shoot at Greystone Mansion and Gardens. It's more secluded with unique classic English Tudor Revival architecture combined with gardens and a pond. The Greystone Mansion courtyard is also a fabulous location worth stopping by. When you finish exploring those, there's still a big garden. It's very well-manicured, with a European feel and plenty of places to explore.

Greystone Mansion and Gardens is a location I recommend exploring for your engagement session. It's a place where you can get plenty of variety within just one spot.
