Meet Julio — San Diego Wedding Photographer
I'm Julio Fonyat, a San Diego wedding photographer originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where I grew up surrounded by photography, architecture, and art. At 15, my mother gave me my father's cameras, and that was the moment everything changed. I moved to San Diego in 2002 to pursue photography professionally and have been capturing weddings, engagements, and families across San Diego ever since.
As a San Diego wedding photographer, my style blends photojournalism with natural portraiture. I document real moments without interrupting them, so your images feel genuine, emotional, and timeless. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and I photograph weddings throughout San Diego County and destinations worldwide.
